About the Conference




The unique name of conference is combined from two different words ICE which is symbolic to cold and TEA which is symbolic to hot, so as per the concept this conference held in winter and pupils network over cup of tea to share hot ideas and intellect. In India tea is a traditional way to greet visitors as well as spark knowledgeable discussions.

The aim of the Second International Conference on Emerging trends in Engineering and & Applied Sciences (ICETEAS'19) is to bring together leading academic, scientists and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of Engineering & Applied Sciences. This conference offers an opportunity to meet and discuss new ideas, assume at findings, and anticipate subsequent steps. Boundary between state of the art and revolutionary innovation constitute the computing frontiers that must be pushed forward to provide the support required for the further advancement of various fields of engineering & Applied Sciences.

Dr. M.P. Poonia, Vice Chairman (AICTE)

Dr. M.P.Poonia is specialized in the field of Mechanical Engineering (IC Engines, Gas Dynamics, Ref. & AC), Renewable Energy and Sustainable Development. He is M.Tech (Thermal Engg.) and Ph.D (IC Engines) from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He possesses a vast experience of 30 years. He has published 80 research papers in National and International Journals and published 08 books and developed 02 Lab Manuals. He has guided number of M.Tech and Ph.D dissertation. Dr. Poonia is the Member of IEI, ISTE & Society of Automotive Engineers.
Dr. MP Poonia is presently serving as Vice Chairman, All India Council for Technical Education since 20th January, 2017. Prior to this, he remained as Director, National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training and Research (NITTTR), Chandigarh for about 4½ years (since 20th July, 2012 to 18th January, 2017). Dr. Poonia is the recipient of Bharat Mata Award conferred by Indian Institute of Oriental Heritage (an International Institute of Oriental Studies and Research, Kolkata) on 16th August, 2014. On behalf of NITTTR, Chandigarh, he received National Award for the Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities – 2013 by the Hon'ble President of India on 3rd December, 2013 in New Delhi in recognition of outstanding performance in the field of Best Institution for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities in the country.

Prof. Udaykumar R Yaragatti, Director (MNIT)

Professor Udaykumar R Yaragatti currently working as Director,MNIT,Jaipur one of the India's most premier intitution. Prof. Yaragatti has vast in academics and managment and before joing MNIT he also served for more than 26 years in country's premier technical institute NIT-K, Surathkal. He is professor in Electrical and Electrionics Engineering with Ph.D from IIT Bombay

Dr. Sheng-Lung Peng

Professor Peng Shenglong (Sheng-Lung Peng) is working at NDHU in the department of Computer Science and Information Engineering. His Research areas includes Algorithmic graphic theory bioinformatics. He did his Education in Doctor of Information Engineering, National Tsinghua University.

Prof Dharm Singh

Prof Dharm Singh received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from Faculty of Engineering, MLSU, India and Master of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from Thapar University, India. He is an Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Science of Namibia's University of Science and Technology. From 1990 to 2014, he was with College of Technology and Engineering, Maharana Pratap University of Agri. and Technology (MPUAT), Udaipur, India and has more than 25 years' academic experience. He was instrumental in the setting up of University Intranet.

Nilanjan Dey

Nilanjan Dey is an Assistant Professor in Department of Information Technology at Techno India College of Technology (under Techno India Group), Kolkata, India. He is also a Visiting Professor at Duy Tan University, Vietnam, He was an honorary Visiting Scientist at Global Biomedical Technologies Inc., CA, USA (2012-2015). He is an Research Scientist of Laboratory of Applied Mathematical Modeling in Human Physiology, Territorial Organization of- Scientific and Engineering Unions, Bulgaria. Associate Researcher of Laboratoire RIADI, University of Manouba, Tunisia. He is an associated Member of University of Reading, London, UK and Scientific Member of - Politécnica of Porto. He was awarded his PhD. from Jadavpur Univeristy in 2015. In addition, recently he was awarded as one among the top 10 most published academics in the field of Computer Science in India (2015-17) during 'Faculty Research Awards' organized by Careers 360 at New Delhi, India. Before he joined Techno India, he was Assistant Professor of JIS College of Engineering and Bengal College of Engineering and Technology.

Dr. Swayambhu Shalabh

Dr. Swayambhu Shalabh is professor in Department of Physic at Tribhavan University, Kathmandu, Nepal
During his 27 years of long career he has been awarded with many prestigious awards such as Long Service Medal for outstanding contribution, Honored for the achievements of science and literature in the international conference of the All India Bihut Mahasabha held in Bhutan.
Other Than his exemplary work in field of physics he has notable contribution in field of literature and hold many awards and recognition. Dr. Shalabh has published more than 8 books in field of science and literature
